Configure persisten peers

Stop and reset the node
sudo systemctl stop mund && mund tendermint unsafe-reset-all --home $HOME/.mun --keep-addr-book
Start node and check logs
sudo systemctl restart mund && sudo journalctl -u mund -f -o cat
